Stevedoring at the ports of eastern Venezuela
T&T Stevedoring loads and discharges breakbulk, project cargo, steel products, aluminum, bagged cargo, big bags and offshore units at the Port of Guanta and across eastern Venezuela. Every call is planned before the vessel berths and documented from the pre-arrival cost estimate to the final Statement of Facts.
Stevedoring is won or lost before the first lift. Our planning starts with the manifest: gang composition sized to the cargo, gear selected against piece weights, discharge or loading sequence agreed with the vessel, dunnage and lashing prepared, and the terminal and authorities coordinated so the vessel works from first line ashore to last lift without administrative dead time.
Supervisors and foremen with decades on the same piers direct every shift. The documentary cycle runs in parallel: tally at the hook, condition annotations, delay logs, daily vessel reports, and a Statement of Facts that stands up in laytime discussions. Principals can follow all of it in real time through our Terminal Ops platform.
